Definition: Also known as Empire line, Empire length, it is a dress silhouette which has a fitted bodice ending just below the bust, giving a high-waisted appearance, and a gathered skirt which is long and loosely fitting. This type of silhouette is very popular in wedding gowns.

Definition: Eyelets are small fabric holes, edged with embroidered stitches as part of a larger, vintage-inspired design. Commonly seen in dresses, these are inspired from the grommets, which are the metallic holes in the shoes.

Definition: Embossing is the processes of creating either raised  images and designs in fabric and other materials using heat and mechanical pressure. This is a brilliant way to add texture to the garment’s silhouette.embossed

Definition: Originally from Pyreenes in Spain, espadrilles are the casual shoes with a flat outsole, a flexible sole made of jute and cotton or canvas upper. Like distressed clothing, this trend has been borrowed by the lower strata in the society. The were once worn by peasants but today the trend has trickled up to the high fashion streets.
